Joyce Bea Sterling, DREI, CDEI is an educator by training and the author of many books. Her latest real estate textbook, From the Ground Up, is widely used because of the depth of information and remarkable readability. When she earned the Distinguished Real Estate Instruction (DREI) designation in 2003, she tracked over 14,000 hours of classroom instruction. Her passion for education is shared by everyone who attends her classes, whether online or in the classroom. 

Franz Honer is a topnotch LAMP software developer. As the creator of the Roundabout learning management system, he is responsible for its amazing elegant design and ease of use by both learners and educators.

Geoffrey MacLean is a summa cum laude scholar who is also a world-class instructor. Geoff has a remarkable mastery of technical information in his field and is sought out for his application skills. He successfully mediates disputes for the REALTOR® organization, licensees and consumers. Geoff serves as a consultant for many real estate companies and is experienced as an expert witness in real estate brokerage matters. Geoff has been a chair of the Maine Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee since 1996 and he was twice named REALTOR® of the Year for his local Board of REALTORS®.

Jane Greer, MSEd, CDEI holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from Dartmouth College and a Master's Degree in Education with a focus on adult education. Her instructional design skills are only surpassed by her classroom presentation talent. She has over 20 years of experience designing and delivering both classroom and online training in the real estate, insurance and financial services industries. Jane is active in the local chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, and has presented at the Real Estate Educators Association national convention. Jane is an adjunct instructor at Saint Joseph's College and Husson University.

Steve Hammond understands the education industry; his ability to attract the best talent is at the root of the success of Roundabout Education. As a 30 year veteran of the real estate business, he has been co-owner and president of the largest real estate organization in Maine with over 50 offices. Steve is known for his calm, thoughtful approach to problem solving and business building and is sought out as a consultant, instructor and coach by companies and agents alike.

Ed Getty is a professional musician, race car driver and award winning sales person.  His energy, knowledge and ability to connect with all learners is respected everywhere he goes.  With 30 years' experience in sales and management, Ed has achieved total sales production of over $100 million. He has served as president of his state’s REALTOR® organization and was twice named REALTOR® of the Year for his local Board of REALTORS®.
